their sensible remarks and free criticisms
of the " War Policy " of Gov. Tod and

which were of Timothy R. Davis, to wit :

ted in Jackson towuship,-Cambria county,
described as follows : All those two tracts
of land adjoining each other and adjoining
lands of Thomas Jones and Lewis Dunmire
aud others, in Jackson township, Cambria
county, and State of Pennsylvania, with,
and subject to the reservations hereinafter
mentioned, viz : One tract containing eigl ty
three acres and thirty-four perches and aN
lowance. surveyed on a warrant granted to
David Price, dated the 17th day of May,
1825. and which the said David Price y
deed Pole dated the 19th day of March 1828
and recorded in Cambria county in Record
Rook. Vol. 3 Page , sold and conveyed
