bria County, and to me directed, there
will be. exposed to public sale at the Court
House in the Borough ot Ebensburg, on
MONDAY the 1st day of June next at one
o'clock P. M the following Real Estate to
wit :
All the right, title and interest of George
Gates, of, in and to a piece or parcel of land
situated in Yoder township, Cambria county,
adjoining other lands of said George Gates,
heirs of John Ilershberger, deceased, and
others, containing three hundred acres more
or less, with about twenty-five acres cleared,
and thereon erected a small cabin house.
ALSO a piece or parcel of land situate in
Conemaugh township, Cambria couuty, ad
joining lands of Elias Crissman Jonas Yoder.
and others, containing three hundred acres
more or less, about one hundred acres of
which are cleared and having thereon erected
a twi story frame house and a log barn, a
spring-house and a saw mill, now in the oc
cupancy of the said George Gates.
