THE undersigned offers at private sale his
FARM, situate in Susquehanna township, Cam
bria county, containing about TWO HUNDRED
ACRES, about forty of which are cleared, and
having thereon cree'ed a large BANK BARX, a
CABIN HOUSE and large DWELLING HOUSE
io process of erection. The land is well timbered
with White Pine, Oak of every kind, &c. It is
well supplied by never-failing springs of water,
and there are three Sawmills convenient to the
property. The land contains coal, iron ore and
limestone, pronounced to be good by competent
judges, and the tract is known by the name of
"Limestone place." An indisputable title will
be given. The property is within about two
miles of Joseph's (Catholic) Church, and about
four miles from Carrolltown. I will sell cheap.

said Thomas Bingham, and also the Engine
House being 40 feet front by 30 feet deep. To
