Gth day of March. A.D 1857. the Bor
ough of Ebensburg became subject to the
restrictions and possessed the powers ami
uivileges conferred by the Act of Assem
bly of 1851 : -

is hereby ei.acted by the authority of the same.
That in puruauce of the provisions and re
quirements of Section 80. of an Act of the
General Assembly of the Common wealth of
