A letter, dated the 7th ult., from Pesth, Hun
garv, contains the sentences pronounced by the
Council of War, on that very day, against thir-tv-eight
Deputies of the Hungarian Diet, or

that of imprisonment.
The New York Herald says that despatches
have been received at the Navy uepartmem
from Com. Morgan, which render it doubtful
nhether Kossuth will visit America. It is said
that 'Kossuth makes no secret of his intention
t j raise funds in England and France, for the
f urpose of attacking. Austria and revclution
iiing Europe. The avowal of this intention
constituted the reason for which the French
authorities refused to allow him to land.

since some parties attempted to smuggle into
the United States, through the Post Ofbee, a lot

put forward any claim to them, and as no an
bwer was made to the libel filed against them,
they were condemned, and an order made fur
thttir sale, the proceeds to go into Uncle Sam's

S. F. Bennett Dear Sir : I purchased a short
time ago, a bottle of jour Yt-llew Dock and
Sarsaparilla for my wife, which she has used fcr
her complaint, Erysipelas and Weakness, Falling
of the Womb, etc... and it has already helped
her very much. Of th Erysipelas it has effected
nearly a cure. I have just purchased a secoi.d
bottle, and judging from the effect of the former,
feel confident' that it will effect a perfect cure.
Yours, very respectfully, N. Cobvbs.
Price $1 per bottle six bottles for 55.
