in drinking. the tea or coffee would Irequently pass

1 was under the care of physic:ails of the highest
distinction in this city, and at one tune pronounced
cured, and by request attended a medical lecture,
where my case, ingather with the tact hed of cure,
was explained to the students. The Lecturer said

return, you cannot live long. as it would soo.. de
stroy your wind-pipe."
I did not believe myself :tired at the lime, a. I
had much thstress in my head, and oilier disagreea
ble feeling., and after a lime the ulcers re-opened.
In January. 1845, my mother called with me upon
Dr. Mutters for advice. He said I tied a very sick
girl, and sa.d it was doubtful whether I would ever
get roil; tf ever, it would be a long while. The
disease grew so much worse, that the physician
who then attended me, said he could see my wind
pipe! My lace was also swollen, highly
and very pronlul, and the Doctor said ulceration was

I was in this condition in January last when I
commenced taking your "Dr CULLEN ' S INDIAN
VEGETABLE PANACEA. " The inflmnatton was soon
removed, and the dreaded ulceration in the face
prevented ! lam now well ! I have no ulcers !

A
NEW article far superior to any thing of the
1 - I,_ kind ever yet ofFered to the public, and which
for simplicity, durability and cheapness, is not
equalled by any of the old ones now in use.
The advantages these plates have over the old
engraved ones, is, that they will never turn black
or tarnish like those made of silver or brass. They
need no scouring with chalk every week—they will
always retain their fine lustre by simply rubbing,
them over occasionally with a silk handkerchief or
piece of buckskin, and wiping off t h e dust that
may adhere to the surface. The name in these
plates may be changed for a trifle,—the letters
which compose it, being moveable,—and any other
name can be inserted in its stead, by sending the.
plate to the owner of the patent (Henry Seitz, of
Marietta, Lancaster County, Pa.,) which is another
great advantage over the old engraved ones,—which
cannot be changed.
Any person desirous of such ri plate, crm obtain
one by addressing Ilenry Seitz, Marietta by letter,
giving the name and place of residence correctly.
These places differ in price according to number, as
follows: No. 1, price $3.00; No. $3.50; No. 3,
$1.00; Nri. 4, $4 50; No. 5, $5.00; No. 6, $4.50;
No. 7, $5.00.

agent to exhibit and sell these plates in Lancaster
