LOST.—During the progress of the
open air meeting ou last Sobhath even
ing, the,Rev. Jr. D. Brown, pastor of the
'First M. E. church, unfortunately lost
his cane. Tho Reverend gentleman had
placed the cane upon tho fence, while h e
was making a few remarks, and upon
looking for the cane a few moments
afterwards it was missing. It wary an
ordinary walking cane, surmounted
with a ..silyor head, bearing the gentle
