NOTICE IS II EREISY GIVEN
That every person except Justices of the Peace who
shall hold any office or appointment of profit or trust
nailer the United Staten or of this State. or tiny city or
Incorporated district, whether u commissioned officer or
otherwise, a subordinate officer or agent, who is or shall
be employed under the Legislative,, executive, or Jail
entry departments of this State, or the United- States,
or of any city or of any incorporated distil - 6f; and also
that any Member of Congress and of the State Legisla
ture, and of the Select or Common Council of rule eltY,
or commissioner of any Inoorporated district, is by law
incapable of holding or exercising at the same time the
office or appointment of judge, inspector or clerk of any
elections of this Commonwealth, and that no-Inspector.
'Judges or other officer of such election shall be eligible
to bd there voted for.
And the said act of Assembly, entitled an act reta
-1 ?..tlng to the elottions of this Commonwealth, passed July
12, 1810, further provides as follows, to wit:
