FLOUR AND MEAL.—The Flour market to
day was firmer under the steamer's news, and
an advance of 25 cents per bbl has been esta
blished. Shippers, however, are not anxinus
to purchase. Sales on Saturday Afternoon of
00 bbls more Ohio than previt tt.:y reported
at $9,25, at which price holders were firm
this morning. Sales to-day of 400 bbls flow
ord street at $9.25, closing probably with
more sellers than buyer-. Nothing reported
in City Mills; no sellers under $9,25, and
some asking more The supply and receipts
of all kinds of Flour are light. No Iran S
actlons since 'change. Accounts per telegraph
of the New York market show a decline, and
buiery dirposed to hold off. nye Flour—A
steady demand. We quote at 7,2547,311 for
first, and field firmly. Corn Meal—We quote
country at $4,25, and city manufactured at
:4,51) per bbl—small sales. Buckwheat Meal
—We (pie ut $3 per 100 Ibs, with bales.
GRAIN. —Wheat—Holders W. -day were very
firm with moderate recuiPts and prices advan
ced an average of about 6 cents per bushel.
About 15,000 bushels offered and mostly sold .

of good to prime Maryland, Virginia, Penn
sylvania and Ohio at 88a42 cents, inferinr to
good qualities at 35136 cents per bushel. Rye
--Supply very light, a steady demand and
prices upward. Only 200 bushels offered to
day, and sales of Maryland at: I 0341 08 ;
Pennsylvania, Ohio and Western Virginia at
