Duda by the Commissioners in compliance with the re
quisitions of the acts of AsseinblY of this Common
wealth, passed the 15th day of April,lM4, as also with
the 37th section of said act which requires the County
Treasure• once In every year to state his account and
produce his vouchers to the Commissioners. which
after examination by said Commissioners; shall be by
them laid beibre the County Auditors for settlement,
according to law.
In itccerdance with which N. W. Woods, Esq., Treasurer
of Cumberland county. submits the following as a
correct exhibit of his receipts and expenditures, Mr

chased this fall, in Now York and Philadelphia, at the
lowest cash prices. Purchasers eau therefore save money
by calling soon, and at the same time hacu the largest
and best stitch of goods to select from, in the town or
county. In this stock will be found some fresh
