will be issued to subscribers, consisting of the popular

place in January next, on which occasion there will be
distributed or allotted to members, several hundred
works of Art. among which is the original and world re

costing over five thousand dollars, together with' the
beautiful Statues of Venus, Bacchante, Bebe, Flora, and
the Dancing Girl: and 15 Statuettes in Bronze, import
-01 from Paris; also, a large collection of Oil Paintings.
Comprising some of the heat productions of celebrated
American and Foreign Artists.
The Literature issued to subscribers consists of the
f Monthly Magazines: lorpers' Putnam's K n irk
erbocker, Blackwood's, Drobam'S, Magazine of Art, and
Godley's Lady's Book, and the Quarterly Reviews re
printed In New York: Edinburg. Westminster, London
Quarterly and North British.

• The payment of three dollars constitutes any one a
member of thill Association, and entitles him to either
one of the above Magazines fine one year. and also ;A. a
ticket In distribution of the Statuary and Paintings,
which are to be allotted to members in January.
Persons taking five memberships. are entitled to any
live of the 'Magazines one year, and to six tickets in the
distribution.
Persons on hemming members ! can have their !Maga
zine commence with any Month' they choose. and rely on
It s being mailed to them promptly on the first of every
month, direct from the New York and Philadelphia Pub
lishers.

meeting of the Shareholders In Perham's Third cat En
tervise, held . on the 27th of July, the following resolu
tion was adopted:
"Resolved. That so soon as it is ascertained that SO.-
000 of the Gift Tickets issued by Mr. Perham in his
third enterprise, are sold, the committee shall call the
shareholders together at the umst convenient place, fur
the purpose of instructing said committee in regard to
the manner of disposing of the Gift Property."
Haring learned from Mr. Perham that 60,000 of said
tickets were already sold, and that in all probability the
itontsitiing 20,000 culled fur by the above resolution would
be sold by the first day of January next, we have deter
mined In accordance with the above opinion, to call a
