al 11 -o'clock in the forenoon of said day., on
the promise's, the following described property,
situate in the borough of New Cumberland, in
the comity afaresaid, part oldie estate of ROB
ERT R. CHURCH, sr, dee' d. viz:
LOTS No. 210, 121, 15, 26, •29 and 59.
Lot 210 is vacant. Lot 121 has a Two Story
Weatherboarded 110 USE, and Frame Stable
thereon erected. Lots 15 and 26 have BRILK
HOUSES and Stablea thereon. Lot 59 has a
Frame House thereon.
CONDITIONS OF SALE—One third of
the purchase money to remain in the hands of
the purchaser or purchasers daring the natural
life of Catharine Church, Widow of -said dece
dent, as a line on the Property, The interest
on the same to be paid to the said Catharibe
yearly, and every year during her natural life,

Andrew Shell, dec'd, presented ,a Otatition to
the Couurt of Common Plens.of Comb. co.,
setting forth quit on the 7 October, 1853, John
flidlobaugh elecuted a mortgage toJacobillil4
ler on a tract of land in Allen twp, Cumb. co.'
bounded by the Yellow Breeches crsolc,lands
of Jacob Stouffer and John. Gross, containing 6
acres,•32 perches, with a Log Stable, House
and Oil Mill thereon, to secure the payment of
five bonds—let, for $l5O, payable tat of April,
1835-1 d for $lOO on the fat of April, 1826-3 d
fur $lOO on the let of April, 1827-4th for $lOO
on the let of April, 1828, and sth for $35 on
the let April, 1829. That on the 13 Apri l,
1831 the said Andrew Shell purchased the mod
property at Sheriff's sale,as the estate of the
said John flidlobaugh, and has since paid the
said mortgage in full more than 20 years ago,
out no satislttetiont has yet been entered there
at.' Tho ezid Andrew Shelrilicd seized there
of. 'Said patitiopbr therefore prays the Court
to grant a Rule upon said John Ridlobaugh to
appear at the next Court of Common Pleas to
be hold on the 2d Monday of November next,
and show cause why satisfaction should not be
entered open the said mortgage, of which tho
Sheriff shall give notice according to thapro
visions of tho Act of Assembly. And to duty
bound will pray &c.
