To contain in length 124 feet from one abutment to the•other„ the abutments to be Wilt upon n solid foundation .which ere to be approved of by the Commis sioners; the heighth of abutments to be two feet above low water mark; at which point the heel of the•arches start. The bridge to have three arches; the centre arch to be forty foot span,• and the other two thirty fciur'ft spans each. rho centre 'arch to -rise -twelve feet and the other two arches to riser ten feet. There will be two piers in the Creek eight foot thick and twenty five foot long, each. The piers to by carried up:five foot, at which heighth the eutwatei• is to commence, battering and losing itself in the well et eleven feet. The abutment to be ten ft thick, the wing walls adjoining the abutments to be not less than five ft thick, and three ft hick at the extreme ends, to - finish_ twoft thick et the grades; and to - be carried thrge ft-above the grade with utwenty into wall from the grade properly coped, as hereinafter described. The extension of wing Wall on the soulii end of the bridge will be twenty ft from the abutment, and the extension on the north end of bridge will be twelve It Irons abutment.
