Farmers of Pennsylvania, recommending

ci ty. It very forcibly urges the object
p oposed, and great_praise is due to the

strong i appea /In behalf of a- subject of so
much import nee to the farming interests
of the 'State. — lt certainly is to-be regret•

neglected by us, while other States not
more or even its favorably situated, be,ve

practice of agriculture. The farmers of
