Jacob Shrotn, containing one acre and

Counterfeit five dollar notes on the Frank•
tin Bank of Baltunore, are now circulating in
Maryland. The signature of the President is
smaller than on the. genuine note,.and the im
pression paler, and the space between the word
Maryland and the liberty,. cap wider.
Another new counterfeit has made its op
pearanee on the Ilarrisburg Brink, of the de
nomination of five dollar+. They are badly ex-'
ecuted, and can be detected at a single glance.
They hear the date of March I, P.M, and are
ma . ked letter "A." Link out for them.
