day of December, A. D. 1897, in the mutter of
the Hill. of'Complaint of John hl. Krebs vs. Geo.
A. Lyon slid others, Directors of the Carlisle
Bunk, and the antipasto issued out of the Circuit
Court of the United Slings, for the Eastern Dis
trict of Pennsylvunia, No. 1, April session, 1848.
On the petition of the-Defendants, setting out,
althou.ll they represent all the Stockholders of
the said Bank.,- that different interests-in different
classes of the said stockholders may require,them
to hove notice of the proceeding, that they may
appear and defend . their respective interests, if
they shall think proper; mid that front iheirnum
ber it would be inconvenient and exnensiVe to
bring them in as inirties, by tho proecss of. the
Court; and praying the Court to make ah order,
authorizing thorn to give notice to the stockhold
ers of the. proceeding, by n publication of Said
petition, ond'the decree of the Cotlit thereon, for
four weeks preceding the first day of April rnt,
in 'ono"' paper published-in- the city of Philaclek
phis, and to two papers published in the borough
of Carlisle. The Court, having taken the eanio
into 'consideration, make the order, according to
the said prayer of the petitioners.
