The North American Company has closed
their Agency. Those having policies expiring

of the said William Swaim, and the Idisiness Is
now, and will be in litture, conducted exclusively
by the suescriber, who has fund the sole charge al
the manufacturing °fate Panacea and Veronfuge
for the cast fourteen velure. -
The Fannies will he put up as timid in round
bottles, Iluted longitudinally, with the following
letters blown on the glass:--^ SWAIM'. PANACEA,
Pitn.Aha ' "Mill the only change made is the name
of JAS SWAIM stamped on the sealing wax,
and written on the label coVering the cork, and a
new label, for the side of the bottle, composed of
geometric lathe work, comprising nine different
dies, which lnve.betvi tutted for the exclusive
use of the proprietor by Draper & Co., banknote
engravers of Philadelphia. Four dies of difler
hut patterns form the body of the:work,and in the
centre is a portrait of the late William Swaim,
seperated from the borders by two circles of lathe
work. The words "Swaitn s Notices," tire en
graved conspicuously on two turned strips, and a
large semi-eircular die forms the tipper margin.
The borders are composed of plain Inthe work
strips,,unitside of which is engraved in small let
ters the entry of the copy right.
