7,IITPEII the provisions of the act of 1844.,
may county paying into the State Treasury,
the State tax levied on such county, p for to

the state tax, so as to receive the aforesaid abate

. Sinceihe Oct of 1841, the Commissioners have

&ate Treasurer, within the time Prescribed by

meet said psyn cut they have found it necessary
heretofore le, appropriate a part of the county
futitilf.to meet the -deficiency occasioned• by de
linquebts, until the hatitlice of Alm State tax- was

The Panacea will he ptit up as nsual in round
bottles ? Fluted' longitudinally, with the following
letters blown on SWAIDIN PANACEA,

of JAS SWAIAI stamped - Olt - till: sealing Wax,
and written do the label covering the cork, and a
new label for the, side of the bottle, composed of
eontetrie lathe work, Comprising nine Mlle:vitt
dies', which' have been turned for, the exclusive
use of the proprietor, by Draper & Co., bunk note
engravers of .Philadelphia. Four dies or tidier
' but patterns form the hotly of dielwork,and in the
ceptro le a,portrait.of the late William Swaim,
seperated from the borders by two circles.of,lathe
work: The words "Swaini's Panacea," are en
gravideionspienously en two turned strimand a
large semi-circular die formi the upper margin.
The borders are composed Of plain lathe work
strips, optslde.of 'Odell is engraved iii small
