Y the Act of Incorporation the stock is

which the Company may sustain. And as on
udditionai security to the assured, the act re
quires that the pralits of the, business shall be
funded and remain with the corporation, us a

load. This fund* will be represented by scrip
issued by the Company, bearing imbrest notex
cm:ding six per cent. per. annum. The insured
are entitled to a pro rata share (Alm profits of
the Company, and will receive that proportion
or the aforesaid fund in scrip, widen the
amount of corned premiums paid by him, bears
tothe total sum of earned premiums and capital
stuck.

the hooks of the Company as stock.
No dividend of scrip can be made when
the losses and expenses exceed the amount of
earned premiums.
Tho insured are protected from loss at the_
customary rates of premiums, without any
individual liability or responsibility for the
losses nr expenses of the Corporation. The
Assured have' all the rights of membership,—
can vote at all elections, and are eligible as
Directors of the Corporation.
The subscriber has been appointed agent for

tc superseding every other mode of Insurance,
