The terms of sale a-e, 9100 to be paid on the
confirmation of the sale by the next Orphans'
Court; one half of the balance to he paid on the
lat of April, 1847, when possession will be
given Mad a deed mado to the purchaser, and
the, resione .to be paid in two equal annual
payments thereafter without interest, the whole
to be shored by J udgment or - Mortgage. •
