the same,Court, recover against Isaac IL Crowell
and David Sanderson, Admihistmtors of Samuel
Crowell, de'd., with notice to the widow deceased,
and 'to Samuel . Crowell hfe heir, late' of -your
county, a certain' sum of seventy-nine dollars and'
fitly.three cents, biwful Money of Pennsylvania,
debt, as: also eight dollars and sixty-two seats
which trythe said H. & C. Leas in the same court_
were likewise-adjudged for the damages which
they sustained. by occasion• of the-detention-of
that debt, whereof the said Administrators with
notice, &c., are conviet, as appears of record; &,.
And whereas, the said Judgment to preserve
the Lien aCcording to the act of Assembly in such
case made and provided, should be revived, as is
suggested to us by the said Henry & C. Leas, as
also execution of said judgment remains to be
made, as on the iuOrmation of the said Henry &
C. 'Leas we have received, and we being willing
that those things whin!) in our same court are
rightly acted, should bebronghtlo due execution:
Therefore, we commandyou, as. we heretofore
commanded you,that, by good anal lawfelmen of
your bailiwick, you make known to the !aid Ad.

Court of Common Pleas, there to bo held the
cond Monday ofianuary next, to show cause, if
any the why the' said Henry: At C. Lea,

against them for their debt and damages afore
