Reed. .anid his Associate Judges of the same
court, did, by consideration of the same court recover
against Isaac 11. Crowell and Davitl Sanderson, Ad
minim] ators of Samuel Crowell, dec'd., with notice
to the widow of the said and to Samuel Crowell' his
heir, late of your county, a certain stun of seventy
