(If the water is luke warm, and kept warm, it will soak in less time.) Boil one quart of milk; beat together the yolks of three egg?, one cup of sugar and a teaspoon of salt. Stir the tapioca into the milk, and when boiling add the l>eaten eggs and sugar. Remove from the fire, add 11a voring, stir in lightly the whites beat en, and pour into serving dish. Serve cold. NO. 4
