the office of Yice President of the United
States by the National Convention which
recently assembled in Baltimore, accom

The tannery is 75 feet by 58 feet, with an
addition of 25 feet, three stories high, contain
ing 43 vats, all as good as new; a barkshed,
16 by 90 feet. The whole is well and sub
stantially, built, and contains all necessary
tanning tools and apparatus, with one of the
best water powers in the country.
