UNSEATED LANDS.
Notice is hereby given in pursuance of
provisions of the Act of Assembly passed Apn
3d, 1804, entitled an Act directing the mode o
selling unseated lands for taxes" and the ser
cral supplements thereto. I, the subscriber
Treasurer of the County of Monroe, will on
second Mondav of June next, to wit:

June at the Court house in the Borousrh o

Stroudsburg in said county, commence a Pub
lie Sale of the following Tracts of Unseated
Lands to pay the arrears of taxes due thereon
and the cost of such sale, and will adjourn
from
day to day if necessary until tho whole is sold
