/THE following Real and Personal Estate, as
hereioafter described, situate in New Milford,
Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania, will be sold at
a great bargain to uey one who may choose to pur
chase. The real estate consists of seven hundred
acres, five hundred of which are under, improve
ment, and - on which are four dwelling houles and
