TN pursuance of do order of the Orphansi Ootart
in and for Susquehanna county, there will be
sold at public vendue, at the COuri House, in Mon
trose. on Saturday the sixth day of October next
ensuing, all the right, title and interest of James.C.
Biddle, Esq., late or Montrose aforesaid, deceased,
at the time of his death, of, in and to a certain
piece or parcel of land in the warrantee name of
Lantlwrt Cadwallader—patented to the reverend
John Ewing D. D. 7 —and described in said patent as
follows, to wit: " A certain tract of land called As
raovomv, situate on the 'waters of the Lackwanna,
it Northumberland county"—(now Susquehanna)
