Female Horse Thieves Escape
Hutchisox, Kas , Nov. 21 The 2

Monday night. The sheriff of Ilaai
iltou county, was in Newtou, Kim.,
and.had left the keys to the jail in a
hotel. Some one got the keys, let
tho thieves oat and then returned
the keys. It is six weekn since these
daring queens of the road earned ex
tended uoteriety b their bohl at
tempt to steal a vohicle and team of
horses. They had been stealing
horses for a yeur, having rnu off 13
horses, including two splendid animals
from Hutchison. Large rewards
have been offered but nutil this at
tempt to steal a orriage with the
horses they had successfully eluded
the officers. The girls are of a dash
ing type, both blondes and hand

Their real names are unknown.
They stood confinement in the west

Hifflmtown, Pa., April 18. 1852, and waa
married to W. H. Eiolf. April 14, 1"69.
Mr. and Hra. E;olf removed to thla city

ihi city she waa the recipient of the warm
ekleem and respect of all w o knew
her. As a true christian woman none liv
ed in a more strict conformity with the
precept of the Golden Rule, abe having
been a member of the II . E. church aince
she was 11 years of age.
Hy her death the happy home circle haa
been broken op and her sorrowing bnnbaud

earth's treasures, a wife and mother's love
and devotion.
A butand, two daughters and two sons,
the youngest a baby not two years old, are
left to mourn her loss.
