The writ commanded the Sheriff and Inquest to divide tbe premises into two equal parts, aud one of thcSe parts to be de livered and assigned by the Inquest to the plaintiff in severalty, and the other part thereof to be delivered and assign ed to tbe defendants. The Inquest did divide the whole into two parts', valu ing No; 1, containing 30 acres aud 6 perches, at $2,009,29. and NV2, con taming 30 acres and 6 perches, at $2, 171,70 and assigned No. 2 to tbe plaintiff, and No. 1 to tbe defendants.
