While a number of men employed iu

ard. Mr. Shoemaker was unprepaied
for the sudden start, and was jerked

complete somersault upon tht track,
breaking his neck and otherwise injur
ing tiim, so that he died shortly after.

in the erection of John Spott' new
barn, in South Middletown township, a

who participated in the amusement
