tin cf the Lewisburg, centre a
Spruce Creek Railroad Company, a
Resolution was adopted, -That in order to
defray expense of s urvey, $2.50 be called in
on tich share of stock subscribed on which
noihuig ha been paid, and where notes for 10
per cent, have been given, one half of said
notes be now collected.
In pursuance thereof, I hereby give notice
that payment is required within 30 days, and
those neglecting lo pay will be proceeded
againsl accutding to law.
