Boughter, the defaulting Treasurer of the
Lancaster Savings Institution, was re
leased from prisou to-day, on bail to the
amount of $100,000, to answer at the next
term of the Conrt of Quarter Sessions.

be an entire failure. Rarnurn has brought
suit for libel against the Commercial for
maliciously assailing the "enterprise," and
