In speaking of the unfinished portion of the Northern Central Railroad, which is that part between Harrishurg and Sunbu ry, the Baltimore Piiti iut, of Saturday, lays that "when a financial matter now in the course of negotiation, is consummated, tho work will be prosecuted with tbe ut most energy," and thinks that it will be finished by the comnieticeinent of the year 1850.
