That from and after the passage of this
ordiiiance.no person or persons will be allowed
to put coal ashes T any other description of
dirt or nuisance or obstruction of any kind
upon anv of the streets of this Roronsh or in
anv of the cutters or water courses thereof. If
any person or persons shall hereafter so obs
truct any of the streets, alleys, gintera or water
courses of said Borough. nch person or per
sons shall be liable to a fine of not less than
one dollar nor more than five dollars for eaeh
offence. And further it shall be the duty of
the High Constable to give notice lo any per
son or persons who shall obstruct anv of the
streets, alleys, enlters or waier courses, to
remove said obstructions wi'hin five'days from
the date of such nulice.and if the said obstruc
tions are not removed wuhin the lime so spe
cified, il shall be the duty of the H rh Consta
ble to remove the same, the cost of such remo
val and the amount of fine or fines imposed,
