We, the undersigned. auditors of the county
of Huntingdon do hereby certify that we have
examined the Orders of the Commissidners of
said county and the receipts for the same for
and during the past year and 'find a balance
due the Treasurer of . sixty-four - dollars and
eighty-two cents.' -
And also that we have examined the account
of the' Directors of the Poor of said county and
find it correct, as above stated.
We have also examined the account of the
Treasurer of the Huntingdon County Academy
and find that it is correct, as above stated, leav
ing:a balance in the hands of the Treasurer, on
the Ist day .of January, 1855 of fifty-eight dol
lars and eighty-seven cents.

_messuage and plantation of land situated near
the village of Shade Gap, in Dublin township,
bounded on the north by Minis now owned by
James Sherard, on the cast a.nd south by lands
.of the heirs of James Hudson dcc s d., and on
the' west by lands of Brice X. Blair and John
Rouse, containing .

more or less, on which is erected two Imp and

houses and buildings—between and near to both
houses is a strong, never failing spring of ex
cellent water ; there arc other springs of good
water on the premises and also plenty of run
ning water. The farm is principally limestone
land, about 80 acres of it cleared and in good
cultivation, with a good apple orchard thereon.

nexion with the above, there will be sold 2 acres
of timber land, more er less, lying near the

ship aforesaid, situated on Piney Ridge, boun-
ded on the East and.Noith by lands ot the heirs

churches of several denominations, to school
houses, mills, stores, and meehanic shops, and
within sight of Milnwood Academy, which is to
be revived in the spring under new and favora_
ble auspices, offers to purchasers a rare chance
for investment or speculation.

residue in two equal annual payments thereafter,

siderable expenses and trouble, made arrange
ments to run a Line, of Stages Tri-weekly be
