con i bisogni di unità e direzione,
indispensabile ad una sana politi
ca delle guerra, sarà la missione
del Comitato di guerra interallea
to, che é stato recentemente co
stituito dagli Alleati.

LE SORPRESE DEL CINEMA
TOGRAFO SCIENTIFICO
Il cinematografo, che già da
qualche tempo va offrendo i-suoi
servigi alla scienza, é entrato re
centemente nel dominio della poli
zia scientifica con uno spettacolo
che, pur avendo un carattere ma
cabro, ha finito coli'ottenere un ri
sultato comico.
Vi ha dato occasione l'assassi
nio di una donna avvenuto a Bu
dapest. La trovata '•cinica" fa
attuata con meravigliosa rapidità.
Scoperto nel mattino, sulla riva
del Danubio, il cadavere veniva fo
tografato a mezzogiorno per ordi
ne giudiziario e nel pomeriggio ve
niva già proiettato sulla tela dei
numerosi cinematografi di Buda
pest. La polizia sperava che tra il.
pubblico, invitato a far le maca
bra conoscenza, vi fosse qualcuno
in grado di stabilire l'identità,
dell'uccisa. E l'intenzione parve
infatti dovesse essere coronato da
un meraviglioso successo, perché
ben 154 persone annunciarono ali"
ufficio di polizia di aver ricono
sciuta la morta. Senonehé il ri
conoscimento di queste persone
apparve subito tutt 'altro che au
tentico ognuno infatti giurava, a
sua volta che l'assassinata era li

poliziotto é cominciato con uno
scacco, da cui difficilmente potr&
riaversi. La suggestione della fol
la, che é già un formidabile ele
mento per falsare alle volte le vie
della giustizia, deve infatti agire
più intensamente sul pubblico vi
brante di uno spettacolo cinemato
grafico, dove la maggior parte su
birà 1 attrazione irresistibile di im
provvisarsi detective.
