A machine has been brought out re
cently which shreds various klnds of
paper that are fed into it, making it
lnto soft material which can be used
for packing in place of excelsior and
the like. By utilizing their waste pa
per in this way, many firms are reduc
ing the cost of preparing fragile goods
for shipment.
