1,000 NAMES ON 8., R. & P. HONOR ROLL That recognition and com mendation of efficient service is of as great importance as con demnation of rule violation, is the belief of Buffalo, Rochester & Pittsburgh Railway officials. When service of more than or dinary merit is performed by an employe, a letter of commen dation is placed with his record, and, in addition, his name is placed upon the Roll of Honor which appears in each issue of the company's Employes Maga zine. During the past four years over 1,000 names have been placed on this roll. To be given a place .>n this Honor Roll stamps an employe as alert, observing and interest ed. Men who report defects which might lead to serious ac cidents and men who observe and report improper conditions and suggest changes which will make for the betterment of service, have their names placed on the Roll of Honor.
