Entries can be made by mail or in
person up to 5 o'clock p. m., on Tues
day, September 5, 1916
3. Eggs sent by express must be
prepaid, and should be addressed to
Bruce Wissinger, Superintendent Poul
try Department.
4. All eggs must be in place by 4
o'clock Tuesday, September 7th.
5. All eggs must be called for on or
before 4 o'clock, p. m., Friday, Septem
ber 10th. Any remaining uncalled for
at that time will be considered donated
to the Children's Home and will be
turned over to the said institution.
6. Eggs may be shown in small bas
kets or any attractive package.
7. No entry may be made for the
sweepstake prize, as all eggs shown will
be considered by the judges for said
prize.
8. Premiums will be awarded by
using the following scale of points:
Quality, 30; Freshnass, 20; Size, 20;
Color, 20; Shape, 10. Total 100.
Under "Quality," the judges will con
sider such things as color and condi
tion of yolk, density and flrmnass of
albumen, thickness and clearness of
shell, etc.
The right is reserved to open one or
more eggs in each dozen. Under "Fresh
ness," it will be well not to wash any
eggs, thus removing the bloom. Under
"Size," the udges will not consider
double yolked eggs. "Color" and "Shape"
should be as uniform in any one dozen
as possible.

less; being same premises conveyed to
Monroe Fetterhoff by George Fetterhoff
by deed dated July 22, 1893, and re
corded in Deed Book A, Vol. 59, page 46,
having erected thereon necessary farm
buildings and improvements.
