He is not sure what will happen next. "There will be a lot of jockeying around over the next week," he said. Heicklen said he suspects the judge will notify him and ask what he wants to do once notification of the board's decision is received. If Heicklen decides to drop the case, it will be over. However, Heicklen said if he is not happy with the solicitor's statement, he will inform the judge, who will then make a decision. "That's my guess what will hap pen,- Heicklen said.
