Memories
Continued from Page 1.
Five weeks later in the Sugar
Bowl against Georgia, Dorsett
trampled the Bulldogs for 202
yards and Pittsburgh capped its
undefeated 12-0 season with a
National Championship.
Dorsett went on to flash his No.
33 for 13 seasons in the NFL, most
ly with the Dallas Cowboys.
And he remains the only four
time All-American in Pittsburgh
football history.
His 6,256 career rushing yards
and 380 points scored are still tops
in the Panther record book.
The Panther triumph over Penn
State in 1976 narrowed the all-time
series between the two rivals to 37
wins for Penn State, 36 for Pitts
burgh and three ties between the
teams.

New record
LOS ANGELES (AP)
Singers, dancers, comedians,
impersonators and celebri
ties helped Jerry Lewis
bring in a record $50.5 mil
lion during the 32nd annual
muscular dystrophy telethon
that ended yesterday.
Last year, $49.1 million
was raised, and Lewis urged
viewers throughout this
year's 21 1 / 2 -hour telethon to
bring in "just $1 more." The
Muscular Dystrophy Associ
ation funds research into the

ease.
March
Continued from Page 1
Jackie Bean (sophomore-psycholo
gy) waited by her car and watched.
"I didn't even know what this was,"
she said.
Some students, however, did
know about the march and came
out to oppose it, only to find there
was no organized opposition effort.
"It's a very skewed
turnout. You see very
few people our age."
Teresa Kaltz

engineering
"I was so disappointed there was
no visible showing," said Teresa
Kaltz (graduate-aerospace engi
neering). "It's a very skewed
turnout. You see very few people
our age."
Penn State Pro-Choice co-direc
tor Mike Dancs said the group did
not organize an official opposition
force because it is planning a sepa
rate action later this week.
Controversy has surrounded the
clinic since its proposal.
Although the clinic received
approval last week from the Penn
sylvania Department of Health to
perform abortions, it still faces an
eviction hearing Sept. 9.
In early July, HFL. Corp., can
celed its lease with Friendly Corp.,
which manages State College Med
ical Services. Friendly Corp. filed a
suit to protest the eviction.

Congratulations to previous winners!
How to Play:
Complete the entry form on right. Select the winners of each game and answer the
tiebreaker. Fill in the information at the botton and drop off your entry at The Daily
Collegian office by 5 p.m. every Friday or at SBS by 5:30 p.m. every Friday.
Rules:
1. The winner will be the person who chooses the highest number of winning
teams out of the 20 games. The winner will receive a $lOO gift certificate from
SBS.
2. Mark an "r in the appropriate box indicating which team you think will win.
Games not marked will be considered a wrong selection. If you think the game
will end in a tie, place an "r in the last column. Home teams appear in the
right column.
3. Employees, and their families, of SBS and Collegian Inc. are not eligible for the
contest.
4. Only one entry per person please. Additional official entry forms can be picked
up at The Daily Collegian or The Student Book Store.
5. In case more than one person picks the most number of winners a tiebreaker
will be used to determine the winner. If a tie still exists after the tiebreaker is
applied, the gift certificate will be divided among the winners. All decisions will
be final.
6. Winners will permit Collegian Inc. and SBS to use their names and photos and
other pertinent information for news, advertising, and promotional purposes.
