Decker was named an honorable
mention All-American by the Golf
Coaches Association of America
last week.
The Nittany Lion senior, who was
the Big Ten Men's Golfer of the
Month in April, is the first Penn
State golfer to achieve All-Ameri
can honors since Gary Durbin in
1979.

Redskins cut former
Lion offensive lineman
WASHINGTON D.C. (AP) The
Washington Redskins released
offensive lineman Andre Johnson,
its first-round draft pick a year ago
on Sunday. The former Penn State
tackle was a second-team All-Big
Ten selection in 1995.
The release of Johnson, taken
30th overall last season, continued

Washington. He was inactive for 15
games last season and didn't play a
