    Police investigating Sunday
exposure incident in S.C.
State College Bureau of Police Services are
investigating an incident in which an unidenti
fied male, about 23 years-old, indecently
exposed himself to two women at about 2 p.m.
Sept. 3 on the 400 block of Waupelani Drive.
The male was described as Caucasian, 5 feet
7 inches tall and about 150 pounds.
Head-on collision on Rt. 26
kills Pleasant Gap teenager
A Pleasant Gap teenager was pronounced
dead at the scene by the county coroner Friday
morning after his vehicle collided with a tractor
trailer on Route 26, Rockview state police
reported.

truck northbound on Rt. 26 when he crossed into
the opposite lane. Luis Ocasio of Harrisburg
tried to swerve but his Mack truck crashed
head-on into Carper's truck.
Ocasio sustained a shoulder injury. He was
taken to Centre community Hospital where he
was treated and released.
Harrisburg man seriously hurt
from accident on S.Allen St.
A Harrisburg man was seriously injured Sun
day when he lost control of his car and crashed
at the corner of South Allen Street and South
Atherton Street, State College police said.
Mathew Winkoop is in serious condition in
Centre Community Hospital with a fractured leg
and facial injuries, a hospital supervisor said.
Police reported that Winkoop was driving with
his brother Harold Winkoop when he lost control
of the car and hit two signs and a tree. Harold
Winkoop was only slightly injured in the acci
dent. No damage estimate was given.

Bessce at about 4:30 p.m. when Malkhassian lost
control of his car on a curve and struck a
fencepost, police said. The car then rolled onto

tried to force his way into 105 Cooper Sept. 3,
University police said.
The man reportedly fled before police arrived.
The incident is under investigation,police said.
