Leroy Irvis ►*said yesterday he is cracking down on state legislators’ telephone credit card privileges because the cards apparently have been used in some instances for per sonal calls. Beaver Ave. were robbed Wednesday morning, State College police said. According to police, a television, wristwatch and personal checks were taken from the apartment of Larry Van Dessel, Frank Martin and Allen Tsung shortly after midnight. The second robbery occurred at about 8:00 a.m. in the apartment of Steve Laleff and James Antohip, where a stereo and a basketball were stolen.
