Aj.o k 1)1 Parade to detour traffic pattern The Alpha Fire Co. will top' -off their week-long carnival activities with the annual Fireman's Parade beginning 5:30 p.m. tomorrow. Special traffic regulations will be in effect. Traffic entering the borough on Rt. 26 from the Bellefonte-Pleasant Gap area at 5:30 p.m. will be detoured around the parade via University Drive, north to Park Avenue and south on N. Atherton Street at Park Avenue to E. College. Detour signs and arrows will be erected to assist traffic. Traffic cones also will be placed on E. College Avenue in the Duck Pond area to channel westbound traffic into a single lane. Police have asked motorists not to park in the junior high school lot since parade units will disband there.
