In order to "put an end to
Watergating," the capitalist
system must succumb to
socialism, according to
Christina Adachi, Socialist
Worker Party candidate for
the U.S. Senate.
"A tiny minority of bankers
and big businessmen rule the
interests of this country,
instead of the workers and
common people who form the
backbone of this country,"
Adachi told students in
Willard last night.
According to Adachi, the
Nixon administration is only
an example of the corruption
that exists in a society that
allows social and economic
deprivation for the working
class in order to benefit a
select few.
"The Nixon administration
has not rackea up all of the
dirty tricks of presidents'
lirsts,•• said the 25-year-old
University of Pittsburgh
- student, citing the Grant
,:iidministration as being the

president to fully ignore a

her speech. Adachi explained.
