trackmen won two gold
medals and four gold watches
as coach Harry Groves took
his men to two different
competitions over the
Weekend.
All the gold was had by the
Lion mile and two-mile relay
teams, but Penn State also
competed in some individual
events.
Starting with the CYO Meet
at Cole Fieldhouse on the
campus of Maryland Friday
night. Penn State took gold
medals in the mile and two
mile relays.
The mile relay team. Mike

a fast 3:18.8 and the two-mile
