Representatives of the Univer sity library staff-recently attended their first meeting of the Associa tion of Research Libraries since Penn State's election into the organization June 16. Ralph W. McComb, University librarian, and Mrs. Margaret K. Spangler, assistant librarian,par ticipated in the 60th session of the ARL on Jan. 27 in Chicago.
