Germans Plan Aid
For Market Entry
BONN, Germany (AP) West
Germany will present a plan to
keep alive Britain’s attempts to
enter the Common Market and
France has agreed to consider it,
a government spokesman said yes
terday.
Officials said Chancellor Konrad
Adenauer had yielded to heavy
pressure inside his government to
make action in support of Britain
and head off a disastrous rupture
in lhc Western Alliance.
