• WASHINGTON (A l )—The Unit
ed States has served notice on
countries whose ships go to Cuba
that they risk losing American
aid.
A State Department press offi
cer, Joseph W. Reap, disclosed
yesterday that the warnings have
been conveyed in line with the
new foreign aid mow. Congress
attached a proviso, as the spokes
man put it, that "aid shall be cut
off to countries whose ships car
ry goods to Cuba."
